Update - The issue of reported degradation was localized to a few users and resolved. We believe we are fully functional at this time.

Investigating - We are seeing a service degradation on the platform which is causing subscribers to de-register from the network when attempting to make calls and unable to receive inbound calls.

We are only aware of this impacting iPhone devices currently.

This is impacting subscribers registrations, as well as those registered and attempting to make calls over the mobile network.

Subscribers using Wifi calling will not be impacted at this time.

Update - No further reports of issues from ONSIM customers since the last update. Cloudflare have confirmed their systems are 'currently operating normally'. We are still waiting on confirmation from EE that this is resolved and we will continue to monitor closely for any further impact.

Monitoring - Update: We are seeing a marked improvement in subscriber registrations and service is returning to normal. We are still waiting on confirmation from EE that this is resolved, and we will continue to monitor closely for any further impacts.

Identified - We are aware of an issue affecting some customers’ ability to make and receive calls, sms and use mobile data as well as device registrations. This is due to a wider problem currently impacting EE’s infrastructure, which is itself being affected by the ongoing Cloudflare outage. Our team is monitoring the situation closely and we will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. No action is required from customers at this time and we believe it is not affecting all customer. Further updates to follow
